The agent, Sandy, got back to be very promptly with some quotes and made the whole process extremely smooth and easy for me. My Wife purchased a new vehicle recently and got in contact with our Agent Sandy to have the new info sent to the dealership and to remove the coverage from our old vehicle. As always Sandy was professional, prompt, and very polite. My Salesperson at the dealership mentioned how polite and prompt Sandy was when we arrived to pick up the vehicle.
